The Faculty of Education is actively promoting Experiential Learning (EL) across our Undergraduate (UG) programmes to enable students to understand education in a wider context. EL projects are credit-bearing elective courses with on-campus input sessions plus field experiences in local organisations / EL trips outside Hong Kong (all overseas projects will be subject to the COVID-19 pandemic) which allow students to put theories into practice (https://el.edu.hku.hk/opportunities/ug-el-electives/).
To find out more about the expectation and learning process in EL, all new UG freshmen of our Faculty are cordially invited to attend a mandatory EL orientation with the following details:
