Project details

‘上課不一樣: 教學研習室’

Jockey Club ‘Ednovation Fest’ (‘the Fest’) is a pioneer showcase of local and global innovations in education. Year-round events include seminars and panel discussions led by local and overseas scholars and social and education pioneers, workshops and incubation programs, which aim to catalyze education innovations.

By exhibiting local and global innovation in schools with teachers and students, the Fest facilitates dialogues between schools and tri-sector pioneers to co-create betterment in education through innovations.

This year’s theme is “Unite and Reinvent Education!”. The Fest calls for more collaborations to catalyze innovations in education in response to the changing needs in and for the 21st century and beyond. The three focuses of Ednovation Fest are: Learning Diversity, Multiple Pathways, and Teaching & Learning Innovation.

To address learning diversity, ‘上課不一樣: 教學研習室’ gathered teaching teams from 5 local schools. They participated in Design Thinking workshops to rediscover, imagine, design and experiment education innovations that advocate diverse learner needs. We hope these teaching teams will lead the schools to bring favourable changes to their students.
